Overview
Document Production Coordinator role within the Document Production Department. The position involves creating, formatting, and editing a variety of legal and business documents using specialized software, ensuring accuracy, style, and formatting standards while delivering good customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range$70,000 – $75,000
About the RoleWe are seeking a Document Production Coordinator to join our Document Production Department. This role is responsible for creating, formatting, and editing a variety of legal and business documents using specialized software. The ideal candidate will ensure all work meets accuracy, style, and formatting standards while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and other materials
- Perform PDF conversions, document cleanups, and advanced formatting (tables of contents, cross-references, red actions, etc.)
- Conduct document comparisons using tools such as Litera Change-Pro
- Process transcriptions and dictation requests (Big Hand)
- Manage documents within iManage, Net Docs, or comparable document management systems
- Ensure compliance with company and jurisdictional formatting guidelines (California experience a plus)
- Provide responsive customer service and maintain strong communication with attorneys and staff
- Balance multiple requests, prioritizing effectively while meeting strict deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Experience with document management systems (iManage Worksite, Net Docs, or similar)
- Strong typing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven customer service mindset
- Law firm experience preferred; knowledge of California legal formatting guidelines is a plus
