Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2260 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North - Responsibilities:
Perform all nightly audit procedures to balance and verify daily transactions for all resort departments.;
Post room, tax, and other revenue charges accurately to the property management system.;
Reconcile guest accounts, credit card transactions, and revenue postings for accuracy.;
Prepare and distribute daily audit reports for accounting and management review.;
Serve as the primary front desk representative during overnight hours, assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
