• Adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted items, and pricing discrepancies.
• Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay current with store promotions and adhere to safety and food regulations.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with product inquiries.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
