Make your move. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Department Managers and support them in setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Improve department operations to enhance overall restaurant performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong future leadership pipeline.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume quick‑service restaurants, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- Strong background in managing operations, customer service, and quality control.
