Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Associate (PA) to be an integral part of our Wisconsin Rapids Care Team. Here, you will collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice.
WhoWe’re Looking For
- NP or PA with prior experience strongly preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a patient-centered, independent setting
- Passionate about quality care and cost-effective treatment options
- Be part of a collaborative, independent care team, collaborating with a lead physician and other APCs and health care professionals
- Work with patients of all ages (birth to 64) in a meaningful, hands-on way

- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, ECGs, labs)
- Prescribe medications, treatments and therapies, as well as non-pharmacological treatment modalities
