Opportunity:

RN - IMC

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Shift rotation every week or every two weeks
• Every other weekend schedule (weekends are Friday-Sunday)
• Every other holiday rotation
• Float to all inpatient units as needed and potentially to other south region locations
• No on-call or call back responsibilities
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• 2+ years experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU required
• At least one completed travel contract preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Work in 8-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit with telemetry
• Manage patients with conditions including sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Handle primary patients and insulin drips with 4:1 patient ratio
• Fast-paced environment requiring ability to work independently and complete tasks timely
• Any color scrubs accepted
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• No blocked scheduling requests accommodated
