- Provide ethical, patient-centered nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting
- Coordinate and carry out nursing care plans with autonomy and accountability
- Deliver compassionate care to an underserved population
- Collaborate with providers and a dedicated healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and SHP standards
