Overview
Ocean Spray is Now Hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant. The plant sits on 70 acres and is 295,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The Maintenance Technician position is a 12-hour rotating shift from 4pm-4am with rotating weekends off, with a starting pay rate of $33.28 plus a shift differential of $1.25 per hour.
The position is year-round, working indoors with three 30-minute paid breaks.

Responsible for the day-to-day Maintenance activities within the team. Using the principles of total quality management to execute the work of preventative maintenance and repair equipment and actively participate in project development and training. Accountable for effective communication between management and team to maximize effective maintenance engagement practices.
Job Responsibilities- Work includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting complex equipment, reading and interpreting manuals and work orders, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serves as maintenance in the service of the equipment, to ensure optimal performance; responds to equipment process concerns; prioritizes work orders, PM/CM as needed.
- Adheres to schedules and operational procedures including safety precautions related to the equipment and for performing assigned tasks. Takes appropriate actions and makes recommendations to ensure a safe working environment. Performs safety checks on equipment prior to the season of operations; performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance; performs diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.

- Participated in preparatory meetings for maintenance day overhauls and cleans.
