Overview

Rehab Resources offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for children in county birth to three programs. Known for addressing the complex needs of children and their families, the organization works closely with families, physicians, and community providers to help children reach their full potential. Rehab Resources operates five pediatric outpatient clinics across Southeast Wisconsin, including Brookfield, Mequon, West Bend, Sheboygan, and Beaver Dam.

Additionally, the team serves the Birth-to-Three population and provides therapy services in both public and private K-12 school settings, as well as adult outpatient therapy.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role based in Wood County, WI servicing families from Wisconsin Rapids to Marshfield. The responsibilities include evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental, sensory, and cognitive needs, implementing therapy plans, and collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support each child’s progress. The therapist will provide services in accordance with the highest standards of care, helping children achieve their developmental milestones and functional independence.

• Experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
• Strong abilities and enthusiasm for working with families and children in their natural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and educators
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin
