Overview
We are looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers/Housekeepers to support individuals in their home by providing a blend of personal care, light housekeeping, and day to day assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own home. You’ll be joining a supportive, person-centered environment where respect, dignity, and clear communication are valued every day.
Responsibilities- Personal Care & Daily Support — Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, tube feeding, toileting, and mobility. Provide safe transfer support (experience with gait belts or Hoyer lifts is helpful but not required; training available).
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Support with medication reminders (no administration required unless specified).
- Grocery shopping/assist with carrying packages. These tasks are general and may differ per member needs.
- Housekeeping & Home Support — Light cleaning: dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, tidying, and organizing;
Laundry and linen changes;
Meal prep and basic cooking;
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. - Assist with pet care if needed or be okay with animals (cats/dogs in the home).
- Additional Support — Follow the individual's preferred routines and communication style;
Encourage independence while offering support where needed;

, and dependable. - Experience in caregiving, home care, or housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow self-directed services (SDS).
- Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility safely.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must pass background checks required by the program.
- Valid License/Reliable Transportation.
