This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Universal Teller at Paper City Savings Bank in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The Universal Teller will perform a variety of daily tasks, including processing account transactions, assisting customers, promoting bank services, and addressing inquiries. Other responsibilities include cross‑selling bank products, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and ensure attention to detail in documentation.
- Sales and marketing skills, with the ability to effectively cross‑sell bank products and services.
- Proficiency in financial software, computer systems, and handling technology tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with colleagues and customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with prior experience in banking or customer service preferred.
