• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support
• Create a positive classroom environment that fosters learning and well‑being
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental planning
• Maintain accurate records and participate in school‑wide initiatives
• Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure the welfare of all pupils

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire a love of Business Studies
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet μεγά diverse learning needs
• Commitment to professional development and collaborative working
• A proactive approach to promoting pupil progress and achievement
