We are a growing commercial real estate firm seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Office Administrator / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Office Administration- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and team members
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist brokers with document preparation, scheduling, and general support
- Coordinate meetings, property tours, and events
- Answer office phones
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
- Design flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and online property listings
- Update company website and social media channels with fresh, relevant content
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Support brand consistency and promote the firm’s professional image
- Leverage AI tools and software to increase marketing and operational efficiency
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, real estate tech platforms, and best practices
- Identify new tools or platforms that can streamline office and marketing processes
- Troubleshoot tech issues and assist with onboarding new software solutions
- North Carolina Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms
- Experience with property listing sites (e.g., Loop Net, CREXI) a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a changing environment
- Experience in marketing, commercial real estate, or property management preferred but not required
