- Motiviert und gute körperliche Verfassung
- Fahrausweis Kat. B von Vorteil
- Sie helfen gerne mit im Neu- und Umbau
- Erstellung diverser Schalungselemente (Doka, Peri, Meva)
- Betonieren von Decken und Wänden
- Ein- und Ausschalarbeiten
- Aufräumen der Baustelle
- Wöchentliche Lohnzahlung (jeweils Montag und Mittwoch)
- Zeitgemässe Entlöhnung
- Betreuung Mehrsprachig
- Mithilfe bei Anmeldungen (Bewilligung, Gemeinde, Wohnung, etc.)
