Eine non-profit Organisation in Winterthur sucht eine Gruppenleitung für die Gartengruppe. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die fachliche Umsetzung von Gartenpflegeaufträgen und betreuen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung in ihrer Entwicklung. Sie bringen einen Abschluss als Landschaftsgärtner: in EFZ mit und haben erste Erfahrungen im sozialen Bereich. Das Angebot umfasst 6 Wochen Ferien, eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre und Vergünstigungen auf Eigenprodukte.
