Ein HR-Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Winterthur sucht einen Payroll Specialist (100%), der für die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung sowie die Jahresendverarbeitung verantwortlich ist. Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für Payroll- und Sozialversicherungsfragen und helfen bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen. Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Payroll oder Human Resources ist erforderlich. IT-Affinität und gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
