OT Development Lead

We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.

• Leading software development teams for platform and machine-control projects
• Coordination of competence center resources together with project management
• Technical and methodological guidance and active support in development efforts
• Communication with management stakeholders as well as technical teams
• 5 - 10% Mobility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation
• Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams
• In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects:
  Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux,
  
  Experience with field bus protocols (Ether
  
  CAT, CANopen etc.), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Dev Ops tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
• Deep understanding of risks and mitigation strategies in OT environments
• Fluent in German and English
