Join our Sulzer Turbo Services team, part of Sulzer Services, which is one of the world's most advanced independent providers of repair, overhaul, and maintenance within the turbine industry. From Venlo (Lomm) or on site, we provide our customers worldwide with solid, customer-oriented, and flexible support for their Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines. .

• Providing mechanical on-site technical direction and supervision during maintenance events (inspections, revisions, commissioning) of customer owned Power Generation Facilities utilizing Gas Turbines manufactured by Siemens, Ansaldo, Alstom, General Electric and MHI.
• Ensuring accurate installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and diagnostics of gas turbines and other rotating equipment according to Sulzer specifications
• Managing site activities like planning, integration and monitoring of resources and technical assistance based on agreed contractual work scope
• Supervising contract employees, manpower by providing directions, instructions, monitor quality and progress during gas turbine overhauls
• Ensuring all field activities are carried out safely complying with Sulzer’s QESH guidelines and procedures
• Reporting of all required job documentation (protocols, inspection reports, as‑built drawings, work instructions, daily progress, defects and non‑conformity etc.) properly and timely

• A vocational degree as a Technician
• 10 + years hands‑on gas turbine experience and proven track record of executing overhaul projects
• Very good English language skills
• A proactive, flexible, and problem‑solving attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
