Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare in Switzerland through full-body MRI and advanced blood diagnostics—helping people detect over 500 potential anomalies before symptoms occur. We are building a brand that combines scientific precision with bold, human storytelling.
We are looking for a hands-on, creative Social & Content Creator with a strong community mindset—someone who understands how to build engaged social communities, not just generate reach.
TasksContent Creation & Growth
- Plan, concept, produce, and publish social content (video, photo, copy).
- Build, grow, and actively manage Aeon’s social communities (primarily Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In).
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm with a content pipeline at least one month ahead.
- Handle camera work, interviews, testimonials—and comfortably appear on camera when needed.
Community & Content Ownership
- Engage directly with followers through comments, DMs, and conversations.
- Develop a deep understanding of how trust, engagement, and long-term community relationships are built through content.
Content Understanding & Competitor Analysis
Continuously analyze competitors, creators, and relevant brands:
Which formats perform well and why
Which hooks, narratives, and visuals drive engagement
Translate insights into concrete content strategies for Aeon.
Analytics, Testing & Iteration
- Track and evaluate content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, comments).
- Set up strategy tests (hooks, formats, lengths, visuals etc.)
- Iterate and improve content systematically based on data, intuition and learnings.
- You don’t need to be perfect yet—but you must be highly interested in analytical, performance-driven content work and eager to deepen these skills in a senior environment. We will provide everything you need!
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with PR agencies, journalists, and content partners.
- Help organize shoots, interviews, and ambassador collaborations.
- Communicate with influencers, including scheduling, permissions, and contracts.
Creative Tools & Editing
Edit your own content end-to-end (cutting, basic motion, subtitles, visuals).
Work confidently with creative tools - example:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Creative Suite
Figma
Jittr
Cap Cut or similar editing tools
Support basic email design and automation tasks (e.g. Hub Spot).
- You have a strong understanding and interest of social media, especially community building and engagement mechanics.
- You have hands-on experience building a community yourself,
or a proven track record in growing and managing social communities for a brand.
- You have a strong eye for engaging, high-performing content.
- You combine creative intuition with structured, analytical thinking.
- You are fluent in German and/or English (fluency in both is a strong plus).
- You are confident in front of and behind the camera.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- You are curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow with a fast-moving brand.
- Work at the intersection of healthcare, media, and technology.
- Play a key role in building one of Switzerland’s most exciting health brands.
