Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Location: Orlando, FL

We’re representing a growing, well-established organization looking to add a Senior Accountant to its corporate finance team. This position offers strong visibility with leadership and the opportunity to play an integral role in financial reporting and operational support.

The right candidate will enjoy working in an environment where accounting is collaborative, analytical, and forward-thinking — not just transactional. You’ll gain exposure to forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives while helping ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Prepare and post journal entries while supporting the full month-end close process

• Assist with financial statement preparation and ongoing financial reporting

• Evaluate balance sheet accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve variances

• Support internal and external audits, budgeting, and forecasting efforts

• Oversee fixed assets, credit card reconciliations, and daily accounting activity

• Contribute to strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• 1–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with solid GAAP knowledge

• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience using ERP systems

• CPA or CMA (completed or in progress) preferred
