We are seeking a motivated, experienced Electrician Helper to assist licensed electricians on various construction and maintenance projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in electrical systems within industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electrical work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely on construction sites. Prior experience with electrical components, hand tools, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.

Small faith based electrical company looking for electrician helpers for large custom home wiring in Winter Park, Windermere and Winter Garden. Min 1 year experience preferred.

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial and commercial environments
• Use hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment to support electrical tasks
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to aid in project execution
• Help with wiring, conduit installation, and cable management following NEC standards
• Support the setup of electrical components for high voltage and low voltage systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Assist with framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations when necessary
• Operate ohmmeters and other testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in electrical environments required at least one year
• Familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician practices is a plus
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and NEC codes is beneficial
• Experience with low voltage and high voltage systems is advantageous
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
• Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Electrical experience through previous roles or apprenticeships is highly valued
