Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2032) s is an On-Demand Team Member role with flexible scheduling. Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

All About On Demand:
You can work as much or as little as you like, with scheduling varying based on shift availability and store needs. As an On-Demand TM, you will select shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app. Attendance and engagement are essential, with minimum activity of one shift every 4 weeks. You may be required to attend orientation and a short-term training schedule.

After training, use the myTime app to pick shifts.

All About Service & Engagement:
Guest Advocates welcome guests, drive loyalty, maintain store cleanliness, and facilitate in-store and digital services to meet guest needs and improve loyalty. You will handle multiple duties to create a quick and easy shopping experience at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pickup, and drive-up, while maintaining quality.

What You Will Learn and Do as a Guest Advocate: you will communicate with guests, solve problems, adapt to different interactions, and promote Target benefits and services. You will be familiar with loyalty programs, wallet features, and store tools to assist guests.

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and learn about products, services, and tools.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely, following food safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty, fulfillment services, and app features.
• Assist with returns according to policies and escalate to leaders when needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover guest experiences as required.
• Provide easy, accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during open hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety training.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders/returns, and compliance with relevant laws.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed.
• Other duties based on business needs.
