Position Summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role crucial to our team’s success. You will provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meet and exceed customer needs, sell the visit and persuade potential customers to engage with our automotive services. You will build strong relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate service appointments. Precision transaction procedures will ensure customers have a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a motivated sales individual.
  • Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
  • Respond energetically to each customer, on the phone and in the store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
  • 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
  • Ability to communicate and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution, ensuring retention and loyalty.
  • Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
  • Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
