Job Description:

* Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.

* Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies.

* Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost-effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies.

* Represents nursing administration during off-shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters.

* Provides direction and collaborates with hospital leadership during significant events, including organizational codes and system downtimes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of Nursing Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$33.99 - $63.22
