• In this role, you will focus on issues for HOA community association clients throughout Florida. This includes all acts of litigation, assessment collections, construction defect claims, contract drafting and negotiation, covenant enforcement and MORE!

• Ideal candidates will be motivated for success with 2-5 years experience in a litigation role and recent exposure to HOA community associations. Must have an eagerness to gain substantial hands-on experience in sophisticated legal matters with our Firm’s top-tier clientele.
• License to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida
• MUST be willing to be in the office daily.
• Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.
• Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
• Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.
• Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Local travel during business hours and evenings to meet the needs of our clients
