We’re seeking a Deposit & Treasury Ops. Advanced Specialist that keeps the engine of our deposit operations running smoothly. In this hands‑on role, the specialist will support daily transaction processing – including ACH, wires, RDC, card activity, and NSF/non‑post items – while being a part of an exciting system conversion. This role will collaborate with a seasoned operations team, bring structure and accuracy to fast‑moving workflows, and play a critical role in delivering reliable, member‑centered banking experiences.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job‑related factors.

• Ensure timely and accurate transaction posting.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions.

• Maintain thorough documentation and audit readiness.

• Operate within Phoenix core and ancillary systems.
• Support transition to Jack Henry Silver Lake and post‑conversion stabilization.
