This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Compliance Officer, located in Winter Park, FL. The Senior Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. This role also involves identifying and mitigating compliance risks, maintaining documentation, and providing training on policies and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance processes
• Ability to analyze complex information with excellent Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Understanding of financial services, with proficiency in Finance-related regulations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in compliance-related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are a plus
