About Penthouse 450

Penthouse 450 is a private rooftop event venue located in the heart of Winter Park, Florida. We host a variety of upscale events including weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and private functions. Our team is known for professionalism, attention to detail, and creating exceptional guest experiences in an elevated setting.

We are seeking reliable, personable, and detail oriented Event Staff Associates to support weekday venue operations and weekend events. This role is ideal for local college students or individuals seeking flexible part time work in the hospitality and events industry.

Event Staff Associates assist with venue preparation, event execution, guest service, and post event breakdown while working alongside our venue management team.

  • Schedule varies based on event calendar and venue needs
  • Typically 2 to 3 weekdays when events or venue preparation are scheduled
  • Weekend event shifts when events are booked (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Availability for both daytime and evening events required

    Assist with event setup including tables, chairs, décor, and layout execution
  • Prepare venue spaces to Penthouse 450 presentation standards
  • Greet and direct guests during events
  • Support vendors and event coordinators on site
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
  • Assist with event breakdown and reset
  • Support weekday venue preparation and inventory organization
  • Provide attentive, professional guest service at all times

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a local college preferred.
  • Interest in events, hospitality, or venue operations
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on feet for extended periods
  • Team oriented with positive attitude
  • Availability on weekends required
  • Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • Lives in or near Winter Park / Orlando area
  • Looking for flexible part time work with variable scheduling
  • Interested in gaining hands on event experience
  • Takes pride in presentation and detail
  • $15 to $20 per hour based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling around school commitments
  • Opportunity to gain experience in upscale events and hospitality
