• Complete performance of mechanical engineering tasks by designing and drafting commercial buildings
• HVAC load calculations, specs, sizing equipment, ductwork, and piping
• Processing drawings and RFI's, and conducting site visits during the construction phase
• Performing computer economic analysis of alternate HVAC systems
• Life cycle cost analysis
• Assure systems and product quality and maintain products by regulations
• Ideal candidates will possess a BSME or BSAE (with mechanical specialty)
• PE License with at least 4 years of experience
• AutoCAD skills minimum and REVIT preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Hvac design: 5 years
• Required license or certification:
• PE license is a plus
