Seeking crew members who strive to safely see a job done well, excel in a fast-paced environment, and work well as a team.
Typical work schedule: 5-6 days per week; all hours over 40 are paid at time and a half.
In most positions a driver's license is not required but preferred.
The starting wage will be based on documented experience and skill set.
Responsibilities- Set up and prepare manufactured homes for ownership transfer
- Execute tasks in roofing, siding, drywall, trim, and landscaping as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Experience in construction, including trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or related skills
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingly obtain a driver's license if required for the role
