Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure all dealerships & warranty administrators follow each manufacturer's policy & procedure guidelines
- Ensure all dealerships follow each extended warranty companies' policy & procedure guidelines
- Perform random dealership audits of repair orders
- Ensure company expectations of warranty receivables values are attained
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the warranty administration manager
- Maintain a professional appearance and an orderly work area
- Perform other related duties as required
- 7+ years experienced preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Task driven
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work comfortably with the public
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background screening requirement
