Key Responsibilities of the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist:- Manage high‑volume weekly billing and FOB sales as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Prepare daily reconciliations, aging reports, and payment analysis as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Handle collections activity and communicate professionally with clients via email as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Process cash ticket sales, deposits, checks, and credit card transactions as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Create work sites, gather NTOs, manage credit line applications, and verify billing information in SAP as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- NTO experience required; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
