Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cash handling, and check runs

• Manage month-end close processes including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet

• Support audit and tax requests and maintain organized financial documentation

• Assist with the transition from paper-based processes to more efficient digital workflows

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of well-rounded accounting experience with strong core fundamentals

• Experience in small or family-owned environments where flexibility and adaptability are important

• CPA preferred but not required; practical experience and sound judgment are key
