Senior Accountant

Salary: $75,000–$85,000
Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite

As Senior Accountant, you’ll have broad ownership across the accounting function in a small, close-knit environment, with flexibility in how the work gets done. This is not a rigid corporate role—leadership values accountability, discretion, and reliability over titles and hierarchy.

• Support the transition from paper-based processes to more streamlined digital workflows

• 8–10 years of well-rounded accounting experience with strong foundational knowledge

• Experience working in small or family-owned organizations where flexibility is essential

• CPA welcomed but not required; practical experience and judgment matter most
