Pay: $75,000–$85,000

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and payment scheduling as the Accountant.
• Process check runs, prepare/process/post wire transfers, and reconcile daily cash activity and positions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, sub‑ledger to general ledger balances, and post adjusting journal entries.
• Participate in month‑end close procedures and support financial and tax audits.
• Produce financial reports, analyze results, and prepare ad hoc reporting; coordinate daily mail, filing, and scanning responsibilities as part of the Accountant role.

• 8+ years of accounting experience; strong end‑to‑end accounting knowledge required.
• Quick Books experience required; CPA is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism.

• Contribute to the transition from paper‑based filing systems to digital workflows, supporting a more efficient and tech‑forward accounting function.
