As a Youth Soccer Coach
, you'll inspire young players while delivering fun, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development.
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Foster a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
- Manage small groups of children and maintain a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities.
- Act as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Open to working various hours throughout the day, including mornings, afternoons, or weekends. Ability and patience to work with children ages 12 months and up. Must have reliable transportation. Available to start immediately. Able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families (State of Florida). CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
