We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Pressure Washer Operator to join our Equipment team in Winter Haven, Florida. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment and enjoys working in an outdoor, team‑oriented environment. WhatYou Will Do
- Clean heavy equipment using high‑pressure steam‑cleaning systems
- Move equipment safely to and from designated cleaning areas
- Perform routine inspections and basic safety checks on equipment
- Complete daily maintenance of pressure washing equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following company procedures
- Safely operate non‑CDL heavy trucks on public roads and jobsites
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as replacing mirrors, blowing out radiators, installing air filters, and lowering belly pans to remove dirt and debris
- Follow all safety policies and support a safety‑first work culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Some high school education
- At least 12 months of experience in car detailing, truck washing, or equipment cleaning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English is preferred but not required

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb on and off equipment safely, and perform repetitive tasks using hand tools and pressure washing equipment. Exposure to varying weather conditions is expected. Personal protective equipment is required.
WorkSchedule and Environment
Work is typically performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., averaging 40–50 hours per week. Occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required based on operational needs.
