Overview

The Experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of multi-family properties within the real estate and rental industry. This position is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks. $500 sign on bonus after successful 90 Intro period.

• Valid HVAC certification recognized within the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician with demonstrated expertise in HVAC system maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of trouble-shooting, repairing, and/or replacing parts and equipment within building maintenance.

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on occupied apartment units.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations to minimize disruption to tenants and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service reports using property management software.
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes, environmental regulations, and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Participate in after hours emergency on-call rotation.
