Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying Starbucks purchases, assisting with returns, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
