Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, overseeing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager is responsible for ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience; implementing sales promotions effectively; ensuring all service staff are trained in service procedures; and keeping the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food cost, and training all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager is responsible for hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals. This manager also ensures crew members start strong and are recognized and motivated throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
