Job Description- Develops, reviews, implements, assesses, and enforces standard operating procedures, systems, procedures, and policies for AHMG practices.
- Partners with the Education and Training team to develop and teach new and ongoing training programs, curriculum, and skills fairs.
- Collaborates with outside vendors to provide practice staff with in-service training on new or updated equipment.
- Acts as a liaison for Infection Prevention, Safety, and Employee Health programs.
- Oversees compliance with various Federal and State programs such as Vaccine for Children (VFC) and Biomedical Waste.
- Proficient in critical thinking and decision-making. [Required]
- Demonstrates advanced interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. [Required]
- Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. [Required]
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution. [Required]
- Knowledgeable in healthcare quality improvement practices. [Required]
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including basic chart and graph creation. [Required] - Must have strong communication and organizational skills. [Required]
