Overview
As directed by management, coordinates and supervises the safe, timely and efficient activities of gantry area.
Responsibilities- Responsible for plant efficiency and dollars per hour numbers
- Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Set up jigs according to shop drawings.
- Complete Quality Audits.
- Train department area associates
- Able to read and write in their primary language.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
- Basic math skills
