Coke Florida is looking for a Field Service Manager based out of our Winter Haven location. Working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Flexibility for occasional nights and weekends to meet business needs.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Field Service Manager, you will be leading field service organization within an assigned geographic area with the responsibility for providing equipment installation and repair services for all Coke Florida customers with outlets.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading the Field Service Operations team that is responsible for meeting our customer's expectations for equipment installation and service levels in support of the achievement of Coke Florida’s objectives for share, volume and profit growth, all being done with a “Safety-First” culture.
  • Teams consist of Field Technicians, Bottle/Can Equipment Movers, Fountain Installers and Inventory management (Parts/Equipment)
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment and effectiveness of support provided to local sales teams/programs
  • Financially responsible for Local Field Service performance (P&L, etc.)
  • Primary support functions to include dispatch, customer scheduling, coordinators, training, parts and equipment
  • Participate in customer meetings to evaluate service level delivery and represent field execution capabilities
For this role, you will need:
  • B.S. or B.A. Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years leadership experience
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives with large teams
  • Must be a positive people leader with a demonstrated ability to drive results cross functionally
  • Proven ability to creatively, effectively, problem-solve to meet local market demands
  • Proven ability to lead teams and to effect change and improvement
  • Must support and directly influence team towards Coke Florida Cultural pillars of Passion-Partnership-Performance
Additional qualifications that will make you successful in the role:
  • MS/MA/MBA
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Six sigma greenbelt or equivalent process certification
