Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications.
1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
2. Heorshe is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
3. Hisorher work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

YOUR

ROLE In This Role, You Will
  • Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for national and international clients across diverse industries;
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures;
  • Define solution roadmaps, integration patterns, and data models, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives;
  • Oversee and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to architectural standards;
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews, provide technical leadership, and resolve complex solution challenges;
  • Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies, proactively recommending innovations to clients and internal teams;
  • Mentor and coach developers, consultants, and junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution envisioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service), including significant experience in solution architecture, design, and delivery;
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations for large-scale clients;
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse architecture, customization, and integration best practices;
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages); experience with Copilot Studio is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and their integration with Dynamics 365 is a plus;
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies;
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent) is highly desirable;
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on solution delivery and stakeholder management;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
