OverviewWorks in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications. This role involves applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems and contributing to the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development and maintenance. The software engineer builds skills and expertise to meet standard software engineering expectations for the applicable role, and collaborates with other software engineers and stakeholders as part of a team.
YourRole
- Support and contribute to the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Service Now SPM modules for both national and international clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with Service Now platform updates and SPM trends, applying new knowledge to improve solution quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working with and configuring Service Now SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, or Financial Planning.
- Good understanding of portfolio and program management principles.
- Analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience with configuring SPM modules.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach to work.
- Service Now CSA / SPM certification or relevant training.
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project methodologies in Service Now.
