The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage multiple sourcing channels—including Greenhouse, Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, Source Whale, cold calling, and targeted internet research—to identify, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong, diverse talent pipeline in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment that requires excellent time management, prioritization, and the consistent achievement of recruiting targets.

The role requires significant in‑office presence, extensive travel, and the ability to balance high external engagement with measurable recruiting performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions across the South East Region
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment metrics while managing multiple requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
  • Document interviews, candidate evaluations, and job offers in compliance with company practices.
  • Maintain and update job postings on the corporate website and relevant industry job boards.
  • Design and manage candidate correspondence, including emails and offer‑related communications.
  • Support and participate in monthly events, client‑facing initiatives, and strategic engagements.
  • Maintain a strong in‑office presence and serve as a highly visible representative of the organization.
  • Travel extensively throughout the state of Florida to support recruiting efforts, office engagement, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Attend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities, including local and national events.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support statewide talent acquisition and organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (required)
  • Prior experience in the AEC industry (required)
  • Familiarity with employment practices and recruiting compliance
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally as required
