Under the supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for scheduling Medical, Dental, and/or Optometry appointments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Education:
High School Graduate or GED - Experience:
18 months scheduling appointments in an office environment or Call Center experience. Bilingual:
English/Spanish required. - Skills:
Self-starter, detail-oriented, computer literate, typing 40 wpm.
- Schedule medical, dental, and optometry appointments by phone.
- Collect patient demographic and insurance information.
- Cancel and reschedule appointments.
- Understand and apply CFHC scheduling template.
- Transfer calls appropriately.
- Work provider follow-up requests on outbound calls.
- Must be available from 7 am until 6 pm.
