Summary:

Become a part of the excitement at LEGOLAND Florida Resort as a Resort Operations Host – Attractions. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions, creating memorable experiences through excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

• Work in a specific zone within the resort, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and promotion of company values.
• Maintain attraction efficiency to minimize queue times and maximize throughput.
• Enforce attraction rules and restrictions (height, weight, etc.) and provide clear safety instructions to guests.
• Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions, ensuring secure operation.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and know how to handle incidents.
• Perform opening and closing routines as defined by operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and other employees for smooth operations.
• Liaise with leadership to resolve resort-wide guest issues.

• Maintain health and safety protocols, handle incidents or accidents, and suggest safety improvements.
• Work effectively in busy, high-noise environments under pressure such as ride breakdowns or upset guests.
• Maintain focus to ensure safe operation.

• Indoor, outdoor, and enclosed environments with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
• Intermittent and prolonged sitting, standing, and walking while moving around the resort and interacting with guests.
• Visual acuity sufficient to read written materials and complete paperwork.
• Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and via devices.

• Preferred experience in a guest-facing role such as a commercial or theme park environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to achieve certification on rides, attractions, and basic emergency procedures.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Basic math and computing skills preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
