Advent Health Medical Group is seeking to employ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join our collaborative and mission-driven team, in one of the fastest growing areas in the United States, Winter Haven, Florida.

• Value-Based Medicine practice model, panel 30-40%, rest FFS patients
