Responsibilities- Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated Bay Care Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community
- Must possess advanced computer skills
- Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check‑in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
This role is hospitality‑focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.
Required Skills- Self‑motivated team‑player with 1 year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast‑paced work environment.
- Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
- Required Experience is 1 year related field and 2 years customer service.
